Refund & Cancellation Policy
A clear process for one-time purchases, Creator Pro subscriptions, and eligible refund requests.
1. 30-day request window
You may request a full or partial refund within 30 calendar days after a successful payment. A request within 30 days is eligible for review; it is not an automatic guarantee of approval.
2. How to request a refund
Submit the Support form using the Refund category. Include the purchaser email, plan, payment or invoice reference, reason, and the amount requested. We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction and account ownership.
3. Eligibility review
We consider payment status, product use, duplicate charges, technical failure, fraud or abuse indicators, applicable consumer law, and Dodo Payments rules. Requests may be denied when a transaction is not successful, falls outside the 30-day window, has already been disputed or refunded, involves abuse, or cannot be refunded under payment-network rules.
4. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds, whether full or partial, are issued to the original payment method through Dodo Payments. Bank and payment-network processing times vary after a refund is initiated. We will confirm the outcome through the email supplied in the request.
5. Cancelling Creator Pro
Creator Pro renews monthly until cancelled. Use Billing to open the secure Dodo customer portal and cancel future renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period; access ordinarily continues until that period ends. Submit a separate refund request if you believe the current charge is eligible.
6. One-time plans and campaign cancellation
Launch and Mega Launch are one-time purchases and do not renew. Pausing, archiving, or deleting a campaign does not automatically cancel a payment or create a refund. Contact Support if a paid capability was not delivered as described.
